Welcome to the Democratic Data Exchange! This guide will walk you through setting up your account and logging in for the first time.
Step 1: Look for Your Welcome Email
Check your inbox for a welcome email from our secure platform with the subject: “Welcome to DDx!”
Step 2: Create Your Login
Click the “Create Login to DDx” button in the email. This link is unique to you and will expire in a few days.
Step 3: Set Your Password and 2-Factor Authentication
You will be prompted to set a secure password and configure 2-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app on your smartphone (e.g., Google Authenticator, Duo).
Step 4: Log In
Once your account is set up, you can log in to the DDx dashboard at https://app.demexchange.io using your email, password, and the 2FA code from your authenticator app.
