The County Breakdown is the county-level metrics table that now lives at the bottom of both the In-Cycle Snapshot and the Historical Data Summary dashboards (Classic DDx Customer App, V1). It replaces the standalone County Report: the same granular view, now integrated directly into the dashboards so it responds to every filter you set above it. Click Expand County Breakdown at the bottom of the dashboard to open the full table.
What You Can See
Each row is a county, organized by state, showing:
- Total Attempts — all contact attempts in the county for your current filter selection.
- Attempts by mode — Phones, Walks, Texts, and Relational counts side by side.
- Contact rates by mode — the success rate of each mode in that county (the percentage of attempts resulting in a successful contact, such as a Canvassed outcome). High-rate cells are highlighted, making hot spots visible as you scan.
How to Use It
Because the Breakdown sits inside the dashboards, every filter applies: Data Source to compare your counties against the ecosystem’s, Contact Type to isolate a mode, User List to see county-level activity for your specific targets, and Attempt Start Date to compare time windows. The expanded view adds range controls so you can narrow the table to counties above or below thresholds — for example, only counties with meaningful walk volume, or only counties where phone contact rates clear a bar.
Patterns members use: finding the counties where a given mode is actually connecting (a high walk contact rate is an argument for doors in that county); spotting the counties where total attempts are thin relative to neighbors (potential fresh ground — pair with “Using Saturation Data”); and, with a list applied, seeing which counties hold the under-reached portion of your universe.
Exporting the Data
Data from the dashboards can be exported for analysis in your own tools, where an export control is shown.
